Machado Meyer advised Autopista Fluminense and Arteris on the structuring and negotiation of all documents for the 8th debenture issue, including ancillary documents and CVM documents. Cescon Barrieu advised the underwriters.
The transaction, worth R$ 1.5 billion, strengthens the company’s cash flow, complementing liability management strategies and contributing to the development of the highway infrastructure sector.
