VPBG – Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados, Dentons’ strategic alliance in Brazil, announced Tatiana Arima Cohen Zaide (pictured) as a partner in Rio de Janeiro, with a strategic focus on the Aviation, Technology and Infrastructure sectors.

Tatiana brings 28 years of experience and is recognized for her ability to lead complex cross-border negotiations in more than 50 countries and territories. She has built a solid career at a renowned law firm and multinational corporations, where she specialized in structuring high-value strategic commercial operations in the airport, aviation, telecommunications and technology sectors, across both public and private spheres. Her outstanding academic background began at the University of São Paulo and includes a Master’s degree in International Management and a PhD in Regulation Law (in progress), both from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-RJ), combining commercial and leadership skills with deep legal and regulatory knowledge.
