Pinheiro Neto and Mattos Filho advises on Agibank’s IPO

Pinheiro Neto, Mattos Filho, and others advised on the initial public offering (IPO) of Agibank, operating under the holding company AGI Inc., on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), raising approximately US$ 240 million.

The transaction marks the financial institution’s debut on the US market, using the symbol AGBK, and reinforces the movement of Brazilian companies seeking capital abroad.

An IPO consists of a company’s first sale of shares to the public, allowing it to raise billions in funds to invest in new technologies and expand its products and services.
