Bichara advises Ligga on the sale of assets to Brasil TecPar

Bichara Advogados advised Ligga Telecom on the sale of its assets to Brasil TecPar, which was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.

In addition to Ligga Telecom’s operating assets, Brasil TecPar will assume Ligga’s indebtedness in the amount of R$ 1.2 billion.

Bichara relied on partner Luiz Henrique Vieira (pictured left), Joaquim Mano (pictured center) and lawyer Frederico Doell.

Pinheiro Neto relied on partner André Bernini (pictured right) and Ricardo Bueno.

Ligga Telecom’s financial advisor was Rothschild & Co., while Brasil TecPar was Bradesco BBI.
