Luzone Legal advises Blauberg on the acquisition of STG

Luzone Legal advised Blauberg Group, a Luxembourg-based international group known for developing, manufacturing and supplying complete ventilation and HVAC solutions on the acquisition of Brazilian company Storge Automação (Storge Engenharia / STG), specialized in smart ventilation, exhaust and automation systems focused on energy efficiency.

The transaction value was not disclosed.
