Three firms act on the acquisition of 73% stake in Desktop by Claro
Veirano Advogados, Pinheiro Neto Advogados and BMA Advogados advised on the acquisition by Claro NXT Telecomunicações, a subsidiary of Claro, of approximately 73% of the capital stock of Desktop, a publicly held company listed on the Brazilian stock exchange.
