Machado Meyer advises on Guararapes commercial notes issue

Machado Meyer advised on the real estate appraisal of 74 rural properties for the establishment of a fiduciary sale to secure the public offering of 600,000 book-entry commercial notes—secured by real property and an additional surety bond—from the first issuance by Guararapes Painéis, for public distribution, under the automatic distribution registration procedure, in the total amount of BRL 600 million.
