FLH and Lobo de Rizzo act on the acquisition of EISA by Open Labs

Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised Open Labs, a technology company specialized in digital platforms and solutions for the telecommunications sector and part of the Altice Labs group, on the acquisition of Ericsson Inovação (EISA), a Brazilian IT services company previously controlled by Ericsson, which was advised by Lobo de Rizzo.

The transaction marks a strategic step for Open Labs in strengthening its operations and expanding its service offering in the telecommunications and technology sectors in Brazil, following the completion of all applicable regulatory approvals.
