Trench Rossi Watanabe advises Essendi on the sale of land

Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Essendi/AccorInvest on the sale of a property located in the city of Salvador, Bahia.

This transaction took place as part of AccorInvest’s (now Essendi) plan to sell its portfolio of hotels in Brazil and other key Latin American markets, with transactions that also received legal assistance from Trench Rossi Watanabe, such as the sale of hotels to BTG and the sale of the Ibis Budget hotel in Porto Alegre.

Trench Rossi Watanabe relied on partners Anna Mello (pictured left) and Marcel Nunes (pictured right), as well as associates João Miguel Damous and Victoria Villas Boas.
