Lobo de Rizzo and Feijó Lopes advise on Farmácia São João issue

Lobo de Rizzo served as legal counsel to Banco Bradesco BBI; Vert Companhia Securitizadora; and Comércio de Medicamentos Brair (Farmácia São João) in the 39th issuance of unsecured, non-convertible debentures, in a single series, for public distribution under the automatic registration procedure, by the securitization company, backed by credit rights arising from the 2nd issuance of book-entry commercial paper, in a single series, for private placement, by the debtor, in the total amount of BRL 400 million, pursuant to CVM 160, as amended.
