Bumachar launches cross-border consultancy

Bumachar Advogados Associados, led by Juliana Bumachar, has launched Bumachar Consultancy, a new strategic advisory arm dedicated to cross-border operations between Brazil and the United States, targeting investors and companies involved in complex transactions across both jurisdictions.

The consultancy is designed to structure and manage negotiations involving distressed assets in Brazil with North American investors, as well as U.S.-based assets with Brazilian investors, connecting opportunities and market participants across borders.

Bumachar Consultancy positions itself as a strategic intelligence platform, covering the full transaction lifecycle — from initial diagnosis through to the complete execution of projects. The new arm broadens the firm’s offering by combining market intelligence, execution capacity, and international coordination.

Juliana Bumachar described the consultancy’s role as acting as a qualified bridge between opportunities and investors, particularly in operations spanning different jurisdictions and carrying elevated levels of complexity.
