Inlaw Alliance adds CPA Abogados in Venezuela
Inlaw Alliance, an international network of law firms, has added CPA Abogados to its membership, bringing on board a Venezuelan boutique with expertise in criminal litigation, corporate criminal law, and aeronautical law. The move strengthens the alliance’s regional presence in Latin America and broadens its advisory capacity in complex regulatory environments.
CPA Abogados is headquartered in Caracas and draws on three generations of legal practitioners. The firm’s services include permanent legal assistance, legal consulting strategy design, and in-company training programs.
Franco Puppio (pictured left), partner at CPA Abogados, noted that joining the alliance will allow the firm to contribute to the network a deep strategic vision and an agile response capacity in complex legal environments such as Venezuela and other countries in the region facing similar institutional challenges.
The other founding partners of CPA Abogados are Norma Cigala (pictured center) and Claudio González (pictured right).
With this addition, Inlaw Alliance continues to expand its regional reach, consolidating a network of firms focused on corporate law at a time when companies increasingly require cross-border guidance to develop protected business operations from any part of the world.
