Veirano advises on Ápia’s BRL 148m notes offer

Veirano Advogados advised on the public offering of commercial notes of the first issuance, in two series, by Construtora Ápia, underwritten by Itaú BBA, in the total amount of BRL 148,200,000 (approximately USD 30.2 million).

The firm acted as deal counsel for both Ápia and Itaú BBA in the offering, with its scope of work encompassing the drafting and negotiation of all relevant transaction documentation as well as advice on regulatory matters.
