Alma Law names two new tax partners

Alma Law, a boutique firm focused on Tax and Corporate law, has appointed Kaliane de Abreu and Leonardo Constantino as partners. Both will work in the tax practice alongside existing partners Luciana Aguiar, Alexandre Monteiro, and Francisco Lisboa.

Kaliane de Abreu holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a Certificate in Business from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Diploma in International Finance from UC Berkeley. She brings extensive experience in tax advisory, having previously worked at PwC and EY, as well as at law firms and major corporations including Natura and EBANX. Her practice focuses on tax advisory for the financial services sector, covering both domestic and international tax matters, with particular emphasis on Brazil’s ongoing Tax Reform..

Leonardo Constantino holds a master’s degree in Controllership and Corporate Finance from Mackenzie University, where he also serves as a professor in the postgraduate Tax Law programme. Throughout his career, he has accumulated experience at PwC Brasil, at a law firm with litigation and advisory practices, and at major organisations including Grupo Pão de Açúcar and Bradesco. His practice is focused on financial services and strategic advisory on complex tax and financial matters.
