Veirano, Demarest advise on AZ Quest offerings
Veirano and Demarest have advised on two separate public offerings of quotas issued by AZ Quest Panorama investment funds, with a combined value of BRL760 million.
Veirano acted as counsel to AZ Quest Panorama on the structuring, implementation and execution of a BRL360 million public offering of quotas in the first issuance of the AZ Quest Panorama Renda Sênior Feeder investment fund. The firm’s work included drafting and negotiating the offering documents, corporate approvals, and regulatory filings and registration with B3.
In a parallel transaction, Veirano again advised AZ Quest Panorama, this time on a BRL 400 million public offering of quotas in the first issuance of the AZ Quest Panorama Renda Sênior Master investment fund. The scope of work mirrored the feeder fund transaction, covering the drafting and negotiation of offering documents, corporate approvals, and regulatory filings with B3.
