Lobo de Rizzo advises Blau on BRL250m notes

Lobo de Rizzo Advogados advised Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, acting as lead coordinator, and Blau Farmacêutica, as issuer, on a public offering of the company’s second issuance of book-entry commercial notes. The transaction, valued at BRL250 million, closed a single-series issuance placed under a firm guarantee regime.

The offering was carried out under the automatic registration procedure set out in CVM Resolution 160. Settlement is scheduled for July 3, 2026. The structure allowed Blau Farmacêutica to raise capital through the debt markets while relying on the streamlined registration process introduced by the regulation.
