ABE Advogados announces new partners and expansion
Abe Advogados has announced the arrival of Oduvaldo Lara Junior (pictured left) as a new partner in the Corporate and M&A area. In addition, it is inaugurating its new hub in Goiânia (GO), under the leadership of new partner Flávio Alvares (pictured center). The expansion movement began in January with the promotion of Gabriela Gomes de Andrade (pictured right) to the firm, strengthening the Wealth Planning and Succession area.
Oduvaldo has solid experience in complex mergers and acquisitions, advising foreign investors and capital market transactions. He graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, having worked for renowned national and international law firms.
As part of its regional strategy, Abe Advogados announces the opening of its hub in Goiânia, led by new partner Flávio Alvares, a long-time partner of the firm. With extensive legal experience, Flávio officially joins the team to boost the firm’s operations in the Midwest.
Promoted to the firm in January, Gabriela Gomes de Andrade is head of the Wealth and Succession Planning area. With over 16 years’ experience, Gabriela works on issues related to asset management, protection and restructuring in Brazil and abroad.
