Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 completes notes exchange

Argentinian airports operator Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 has carried out an exchange of all of its outstanding 6.875 per cent senior secured notes due 2027 at the original aggregate principal amount of
$400 million for newly issued 6.875 per cent cash and 9.375 per cent PIK Class I Series 2020 additional senior secured notes due 2027.

Argentina airportThe issuance also included the solicitation of consents to certain proposed amendments to the indenture governing the existing notes.

Several law firms were involved in the notes exchange. 

In the US, Greenberg Traurig advised Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, with a team led by Marc M. Rossell and Todd E. Bowen, while the comany was advised in Argentina by law firm Bomchil, with a team led by Patricio Martin, María Victoria Funes and Facundo Nazur.

Mayer Brown advised the banks, which were Citigroup Global Markets, UBS Securities and Santander Investment Securities, with a team comprising Douglas A. Doetsch, Edward Best, Juan Pablo Moreno, John Ablan, Nicholas Delgado, Luis Andrés Schrader and Macarena Diaz.

Buenos Aires-based Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 operates 33 airports in the country.
