Alcogal assists Global Bank in $50m loan from JICA
Alemán Cordero Galindo & Lee has locally assisted Global Bank in connection with a loan of up to US$50 million from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
This transaction marks JICA’s first foray into financing private sector investments in Panama.
The funds from this loan will strengthen Global Bank Corporation’s portfolio financing provided to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, and promote the closing of the existing gender gap in Panama.
