Alcogal counsels Phoenix Tower on combination of credit facilities
Alemán Cordero Galindo & Lee has counselled Phoenix Tower International on the combination, modification and amendment in full of five senior secured credit facilities to consolidate them into a $2 million senior secured multi-facility credit facility.
The credit facilities will cover operations throughout North and South America, including amendments to PTI’s local security package.
