Alfonso Liao joins TACTIC as a new partner
Costa Rican law firm TACTIC has announced the appointment of Alfonso Liao (pictured) as a new partner of the firm with effect from June.
Alfonso is head of the firm’s Public Law practice and has almost 2 decades of experience in this speciality, in addition to dispute resolution. He handles all types of dispute resolution proceedings involving governmental authorities, both at an administrative and judicial level.
He is a former professor of Principles of Administrative Law, a PhD candidate in Administrative Law, a specialist in Public Procurement and holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica. Prior to joining the firm, Alfonso was an associate at the National Stock Exchange and at the law firm Facio & Cañas.
