Simone has built her career in large corporations, where she played a strategic role in identifying financial opportunities, optimizing processes, and implementing technological innovations. She is the co-creator of the Legal Efficiency Framework, an exclusive approach that integrates business vision and innovation to transform legal departments into strategic engines.
Over the past two years, Simone has worked as a consultant, leading more than 20 projects for major companies. This experience has further strengthened her ability to translate organizational challenges into strategic and innovative solutions.
Since the beginning of her career, Simone has worked alongside top executives, developing a 360° strategic vision that has established her as a reference in efficiency and organizational transformation. Her ability to translate legal challenges into growth opportunities drives concrete results and expands the legal department’s role as a strategic business partner.
Her career has had a strong impact on litigation, particularly in the financial and industrial sectors, with a focus on reducing liabilities and structuring strategies based on data and financial intelligence. The new partner joins Marcelo Horacio, a Legal Operations specialist with over 20 years of experience in multinational corporations and leading law firms; Raphael Gutierres, a lawyer with strong experience in Legal Due Diligence and corporate investigations; and Emerson Predolim, a prominent expert in Digital Law and Data Privacy — expanding the range of strategic solutions offered by the consultancy.
