Almeida Advogados is completing 20 years in june
Founded in June 2001, Almeida Advogados was born in a small room at Rua Helena, in the traditional neighborhood of Vila Olímpia, in São Paulo. Over the past 20 years, the modest space gave way to a solid structure with more than 200 professionals divided among São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Belo Horizonte and Recife.
Based on the ideology of its founder André de Almeida (pictured), the office molded its technical and administrative staff with professionals who would add to the firm’s culture.
The challenges of the journey were many, the most recent being the Coronavirus Pandemic. Even in a scenario of adversity, the office presented a 14% growth in 2020 and expects a new record of 40% growth for 2021.
The firm has strengthened employee care since March 2020. The use of technology suffered a brutal increase with the adaptation of professionals to home office, as well as the Human Resources team reinvented itself to give continuity to career plans and training.
To meet the growth goal for 2021, the firm has incorporated in its strategic planning the strengthening and expansion of its activities, even more in the international scope – a public that has strongly demanded work from different practice areas.
