Almeida Advogados reinforces its Labor Law, Labor Union and Social Security front with the arrival of new partner Fernando Bosi

In order to meet the growing demand received by clients in the area of Labor, Labor Union and Social Security Law, Almeida Advogados has a new name of weight for the team of partners: Fernando Bosi (pictured), who will work in the São Paulo office. The new partner brings to the firm his expertise in labor law and collective labor law.

During his 13-year career, Bosi has worked for Machado Meyer; Mallet Advogados Associados; Mascaro Nascimento Advocacia Trabalhista; and Rayes & Fagundes Advogados Associados. Fernando Bosi has extensive experience in the food and beverage, automotive, banking, civil construction, specialized consulting, information technology, pharmaceutical, cellulose, and retail sectors, and leads strategies in mass dismissal processes. It also operates in labor due diligences in M&A processes for national and foreign companies, as well as in the preparation and implementation of benefit plans, stock options, hiring of expatriate employees and transfer of employees to other countries.

The new partner of Almeida Advogados holds a master’s degree in Labor Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School and the title of Certified Specialist in Business Law from the University of California – Berkeley (Berkeley Law), the same institution where he earned his Masters in Law (LL.M). Bosi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), and post-graduate degrees in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP) and the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
