Amaral Lewandowski Advogados strengthens its Compliance, Ethics and ESG area with the arrival of Diana Braga Nascimento Toscani
Diana has a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University and a master’s degree in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and is a reference for her dissertation on Compliance. She also has a post-graduate degree (LLM) in Corporate Law from Insper and specialization in Tax and Corporate Structures from FGV.
She previously worked in other law firms such as BNZ Advogados Associados, Lefosse Advogados and Trench, Rossi e Watanabe Advogados Associados.
Specialist in Compliance and Corporate Law, the lawyer has assisted clients in the development of compliance programs – including observing other legal provisions such as FCPA, UKBribery Act, and GDPR – as well as in the procedures of the Environmental, Social and Governance – ESG journey.
