AmSpec engages Marval for Trust Control acquisition

Amspec, a US-based global provider of petroleum and petrochemical product analysis and measurement, engaged law firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal on its acquisition of 100 per cent of Argentinian company Trust Control International, and its affiliate Trust Control Uruguay.



AmSpecTrust Control International provides testing, inspection, certification and supervision services for petroleum and minerals, as well as for a range of agricultural products, including soybean, corn, wheat and chickpeas.

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal acted as legal adviser to Amspec, led by partner Pablo García Morillo, with associates María Lucila Escriña and Daiana Veira.


Trust Control International and Trust Control Uruguay were represented by VVS Abogados, with partner Jorge Vallejos and associate Ariel Rusconi.
