Andrews Kurth and Dias Carneiro instructed on IDB loan to Société Générale Brasil

US based law firm Andrews Kurth advised IDB as international counsel while Dias Carneiro, Arystóbulo, Flores, Sanches e Thomaz Bastos Advogados provided Brazilian legal advice. 

Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) closed on a $40 million unsecured loan facility to Société Générale Brasil. The proceeds of the loan which consists of two tranches will be used by Société Générale Brasil to finance leases of certain machinery, equipment and technology solutions produced or originating in IDB members countries.

Partners Vera Rechsteiner and Eric Markus in Washington DC led the Andrews Kurth team.

Partner Thiago Vallandro Flores in Sao Paulo led the team at Dias Carneiro, Arystóbulo, Flores, Sanches e Thomaz Bastos Advogados.
