Antequera Parilli & Rodriguez and Markven join forces in Venezuela
Two intelectual property law firms in Venezuela, Antequera Parilli & Rodriguez and Markven Propiedad Intelectual, announced their merger.
Markven was founded in 2005 by Barbarita Guzman and is best known for its trademark practice. Guzman will now become a partner at Antequera Parilli & Rodriguez.
Antequera Parilli & Rodriguez has a long-standing presence in the intellectual property area in Venezuela. It was founded in 1998. In addition to trademark, copyright and patent law, the firm’s experience includes other areas such as advertising law, entertainment and social media.
“Both firms share the same vision and values, which has led to a seamless union. We look forward to working together to achieve our common goals and delivering incomparable service to our clients in this new phase,” noted managing partner Ricardo Alberto Antequera in the announcement.
