Areosa Advogados promotes a new partner
Areosa Advogados has promoted Raphael Rangel (pictured) to new partner at the firm. Raphael began his career as an associate, having previously worked closely with João Areosa since 2018. He consolidated his practice in strategic litigation and specialized business consulting.
With solid experience, Raphael handles disputes involving issues related to corporate law, contract law, capital markets, and real estate in all instances of the Judiciary and before Arbitration Courts. In addition, he represents clients before regulatory agencies, such as the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB).
With a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law and Real Estate Law and a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), the new partner is also a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP).
