Areosa Martins Tavares Advogados announced the arrival of Rafael Guarilha Freitas (pictured) as a new partner.

Rafael reinforces the strategic litigation and arbitration team, as part of the firm’s expansion plan for 2024. With extensive experience in contractual, corporate and insolvency issues, Rafael holds an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a master’s degree in commercial law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
