Argentina’s Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani adds two partners
Argentinian law firm Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani has recruited two partners, Pablo Tarantino and Agustín Griffi, to its M&A and corporate practice.
The new hires bring the number of lawyers in the Buenos Aires-based firm’s M&A practice to 20.
Pablo Tarantino began his career at Remaggi, Pico, Jessen & Asociados in 2004 and worked as senior legal counsel at Grupo Werthein.
Agustín Griffi specialises in corporate law and worked for 10 years at Bruchou, Fernández Madero y Lombardi, at Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão in Rio de Janeiro and as visiting attorney at Dechert in New York.
