Argentinian firms Tanoira Cassagne and Cier, Regueira merge
Argentinian firm Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has boosted its ranks by incorporating four-partner firm Cier, Regueira & Asociados.
The merger, which increases the number of partners at Tanoira Cassagne Abogados to 11, strengthens the firm’s offering in corporate and bankruptcy work, while bringing new expertise in entertainment, energy and arbitration.
The four partners joining the firm are Santiago Monti, José María Cier, Fernando Aldazabal and Norberto Regueira.
Monti is an expert in arbitration, Cier is an energy specialist, while Aldazabal has a strong focus on media and entertainment law. Regueira handles litigation and corporate transactions.
