Arias counsels IMCD on acquisition of Quelaris International

Arias Law has advised IMCD in 5 countries on the acquisition of 100% of Quelaris International

 Central American firm, Arias Law has advised in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and El Salvador leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, IMCD N.V. on a deal to acquire 100% of the business and subsidiaries of Quelaris Internacional S.A., a LATAM regional distributor of raw materials with offices in Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru.

The advice included coordinating due diligence matters and negotiations with the sellers, as well as arranging with local counsel in Colombia, Peru, Chile, Dominican Republic and Guatemala as part of the relevant jurisdictions and Honduras, Panama, El Salvador and Ecuador as part of the jurisdictions outside the group.
