Arias represents Bladex in $100m syndicated loan
Arias Law, through its team in Guatemala, has advised Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex) in the granting of a US$100m syndicated loan to Banco Promerica.
The financing, led by Bladex as lender, structuring and administrative agent, involved 12 other financial institutions from Europe, South America, Central America and the Caribbean acting as lenders in the transaction.
The funds obtained through the syndicated loan will be used, in accordance with the credit facility, to support the growth of Banco Promerica’s loan portfolio, both for corporate and personal loans, among others.
