ARIFA assists Fanatics in acquiring FexPro

Panamanian law firm Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has assisted Fanatics in the acquisition of FexPro, a preferred licensee of apparel and hard goods for several major US sports leagues in Latin America, including the NFL, NBA and MLB.

With this transaction, Fanatics increases its presence in the region.

ARIFA’s team was led by senior partner Andrés Rubinoff (pictured left) and senior international associate Donald Canavaggio (pictured right), with support from senior associates Vivian Holness and Maria Cristina Guardia, and international associate Isabella de la Guardia.
