ARIFA assists Grupo Vierci in the acquisition of Popeyes in Panama

Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has assisted Grupo Vierci in the acquisition of LP Restaurants, operator of Popeyes, becoming the sole franchisor of Popeyes restaurant in Panama.

This transaction was the result of a complex negotiation process between the buyer and the seller, which involved, among other matters, negotiating and obtaining the approval of the franchisor Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc.

Popeyes is a global fast food restaurant, a registered trademark and franchisee of Restaurant Brands International.

Grupo Vierci is a company with a portfolio of well-known brands such as Burger King, Tim Hortons and Firehouse Subs.
