ARIFA assists JCDecaux in acquisition in IMC Medios
Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has assisted JCDecaux, global outdoor advertising company, in the acquisition of a majority stake in IMC Medios, an outdoor communications company in Central America.
As part of the transaction, JCDecaux acquired a 70% stake in IMC Medios, while the remaining 30% was contributed by IMC Medios’ shareholders in exchange for a 9% stake in a newly created joint venture that consolidates all of JCDecaux’s activities in Central America, further strengthening JCDecaux’s presence in the region.
