ARIFA on Trenco acquisition of stake in Carib

Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has advised Tropical Energies Corporation (Trenco), together with Insignia Financial Group, in the acquisition of a 50% stake in Carib LPG Trading Ltd.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Trenco’s presence in a key energy sector and aligns with its growth strategy in the Caribbean and Central American markets.

Carib is a company specializing in the trading and supply of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

ARIFA’s team included senior partner Andrés Rubinoff (pictured left), with contributions from partner Javier Yap Endara (pictured right) and international associate Isabella de la Guardia.
