Arifa promotes Javier Yap as new partner

Panamanian law firm Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has announced the appointment of Javier Yap Endara (pictured) as a new partner of the firm.

Javier joined Arifa in 2014. He has extensive experience advising on local and international transactions in financial matters and Mergers and Acquisitions. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, as well as a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Laws from the Panamanian University Santa Maria la Antigua.
