ARIFA represents lenders in $58m loan to Grupo Estrella

Panamanian law firm Arias Fábrega & Fábrega has represented the lenders in a USD $58 million syndicated loan transaction granted to Grupo Estrella.

The purpose of the financing was to facilitate Grupo Estrella’s acquisition of a 15% stake in Costa Norte LNG Terminal and Gas Natural Atlántico (AES Colón).

ARIFA’s team included lead partner Estif Aparicio (pictured), international senior associate Cedric Kinschots, and international associate Isabella de la Guardia.
