ASBZ Advogados announces four new partners
The announcement of the new partners marks another growth cycle for ASBZ, even in this challenging context
Antônio Moreno, Bráulio Almeida, Samuel Bueno and Thiago Carvalho (in the image from left to right) are the new partners of ASBZ Advogados.
The new partners, who were already part of the firm’s team of lawyers, will strengthen the Civil, Tax, Labor and Aviation areas.
Samuel Bueno has experience in managing and conducting strategic processes of companies in the sectors of payment means, retail, sports and entertainment. He also performs consultancies focused on legislative and regulatory compliance. He is a member of the São Paulo State Soccer Federation’s Court of Sports Justice.
Antônio Moreno provides consulting services to national and multinational companies, implementing complex legal compliance and tax planning projects on domestic and international issues. He has been highlighted in tax publications, especially for his repertoire of innovative solutions successfully applied in companies in the technology sector.
Bráulio Almeida has extensive experience in strategic labor litigation, with a strong performance in public civil actions and civil inquiries conducted by the Labor Public Prosecutor’s Office, representing large national and international companies, including in advisory matters.
Thiago Carvalho is a member of the Commissions of Aeronautical Law of the Brazilian Bar Association of Rio de Janeiro (OAB-RJ) and of the Brazilian Bar Association – Federal Council, and a board member of the Brazilian Institute of Aeronautical Law, having more than 12 years of experience in aeronautical law and civil aviation.
