Ayres Ribeiro strengthens practice areas with a new partner
Ayres Ribeiro Advogados has announced Jonathan S. Mazon (pictured) as a new partner in the corporate law, M&As, capital markets and financial institutions practice area.
Mazon has been leading projects involving complex corporate transactions and risk management for over 18 years, and has accumulated vast expertise advising executives, shareholders and investors. He has extensive experience in administrative proceedings, strategic legal cases, arbitrations and in leading teams of in-house and external lawyers.
A multidisciplinary professional, Mazon holds a degree in business administration from the São Paulo Business School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (EAESP-FGV) and a law degree from USP, as well as a master’s degree in business law from FGV, specializing in risk management from Harvard Business School, and an LLM in business law from CEU Law School.
