Azevedo Sette advise Simon Brasil on the acquisition of Dicompel
Azevedo Sette Advogados advised Simon Brasil Participações, a wholly owned subsidiary of Simon Holding, a holding of Grupo Simon, a Spain-based conglomerate that operates in the business of lighting and electrical materials, on the acquisition of 65% stake of NCG Indústria e Comércio (Dicompel), a family-owned company founded in 1987 that operates in the sector with a different product line focused on switches, sockets, and showers, which was advised by Lobo de Rizzo.
