Azevedo Sette Advogados advised Grupo Toro on the acquisition of 100% of Mobills

Azevedo Sette Advogados advised Grupo Toro which acquired 100% of Mobills and Mobills Soluções em Informática, a startup founded in 2014, which today has more than 8 million users in Brazil using its online personal financial control App of the same name as the company, Mobills.

The agreement was signed with payment and also the transfer of Toro shares to the majority shareholders. The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the Central Bank of Brazil.

Azevedo Sette Advogados advised Toro, with partners Fernando Azevedo Sette (pictured left) and Roberto Ribas Wilson (pictured right), in addition to attorney Ana Carolina Veloso. Barreto Veiga e Advogados represented Mobilis and Mobills Soluções em Informática and the company’s shareholders in the sale.
