Azevedo Sette announces a new partner
Azevedo Sette announced that the lawyer Caio Martins Cabeleira (pictured) has joined the team of the office of São Paulo as a partner.
Caio brings with him a solid professional trajectory and a reputation built over more than 20 years of experience in corporate litigation, with emphasis on the areas of family and succession, as well as medical civil liability.
Caio joins to further strengthen the Litigation practice, contributing with his experience in complex disputes involving private and public law, and with significant results obtained for his clients.
Caio holds a PhD in Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), with honorable mention, and part of his studies was carried out at the Albert Ludwig Universität Freiburg.
He was a visiting researcher with a scholarship from the Max-Planck Society at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht, in Hamburg. He also served as an academic assistant in the Graduate Program in Real Estate Business at GVLaw and coordinated the Private Law Study Group led by Professor Alcides Tomasetti Jr. Furthermore, he is the national director and founder of ADFAS – Family and Succession Law Association, member of YIAG – Young International Arbitration Group and UJUCASP – Union of Catholic Jurists of the Archdiocese of São Paulo. He works as a Civil Law monitor at USP and is a speaker at national and international legal events.
