Azevedo Sette Advogados has announced Juliana Gebara Sene Ikeda and Eduardo Monteiro Moreira César as new partners

Azevedo Sette Advogados announced Juliana Gebara Sene Ikeda (pictured left) who practices in TMT, Intellectual Property and Life Sciences – São Paulo; and Eduardo Monteiro Moreira César (pictured right) from Corporate M&A – Belo Horizonte as new partners.

Juliana has been with the firm since 2018, has over 15 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Life Sciences in contractual and regulatory matters, drafting opinions and memoranda, coordinating structuring projects of technology companies in Brazil, among others.

The new partner holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), a post-graduation in Contracts from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP) and an LLM in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Eduardo has been with the firm since 2011, and has expertise in coordinating and executing large projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
He assists clients in M&A, Corporate, Capital Markets, debt structuring, due diligence, commercial contract negotiation, and succession planning.

Eduardo Monteiro Moreira César has a degree in Law from Milton Campos College and in Accounting from Fumec University (Business School – FACE), in addition to an MBA with emphasis in Global Finance from IBMEC.
