Azevedo Sette have assisted ONNO Logística in the acquisition of shares representing 50% of RIO MARABA LOGISTICA and PORTO AGIL LOGISTICA for operation of port terminals in Miritituba and Maraba/PA (Arco Norte).
The transaction value was not disclosed.
