B&E advises Megacentro on the entry of the Link-Inmobiliario Investment Fund
Barros & Errázuriz has assisted Red Megacentro in the capital increase that allowed the entry of Link – Inmobiliario I Fondo de Inversión
Barros & Errázuriz has advised Red Megacentro S.A. in the process of negotiation and materialisation of a capital increase that allowed the entry of Link – Inmobiliario I Fondo de Inversión, through the subscription of shares representing 14.3% of the total subscribed and paid shares.
This transaction was closed on 7 June 2021, and was valued at 2,520,000 UF (approximately $105 million US dollars).
Louis Phillipe Lehuedé, general manager of Red Megacentro stated: “The materialisation of this transaction is an important milestone for Red Megacentro, allowing its capitalisation and reinforcing its capacity for the development of its businesses and projects. It is also an important recognition of the company’s management capacity and its administration, strengthening and consolidating its leadership in the different industries in which it operates”.
