B&E assists BTG Pactual in agreement with JLL-SSI

Barros & Errázuriz has represented BTG Pactual Chile in structuring to conduct investments from Chile in conjunction with JLL-SSI

 Barros & Errázuriz has assisted BTG Pactual Chile, a subsidiary of one of the largest investment banks in Latin America, in the design of the corporate structure to conduct investments from Chile and other jurisdictions to invest jointly with JLL-SSI, in real estate assets in the United States, as well as in the formation of a Chilean feeder fund to attract investments from Chilean investors into the joint investment vehicle.

This transaction closed in December 2021, where STB and Ogier acted as advisors to BTG Pactual in the US and Cayman Islands jurisdictions, respectively.
