B&E counsels Ameris on investment fund

Barros & Errázuriz has advised Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos on the placement of the Ameris Renta Industrial investment fund

 Barros & Errázuriz Abogados has counselled Ameris Capital Administradora General de Fondos S.A. in the structuring and placement of Ameris Renta Industrial II Fondo de Inversión, a public non-callable investment fund. This transaction was closed on 16 December 2021.

The proceeds of the Investment Fund are planned to be invested in one or more companies, which in turn will invest directly or indirectly in the development of non-housing real estate for rent in Chile.
